This fee is charged after the initial manuscript screening and supports editorial, peer-review, production, and open-access hosting costs—ensuring your work is made freely available to a global audience.
APC Applicability:
APCs apply to case reports, case series, clinical audits, letters to the editor (£25.00), and images (£25.00).
No APCs are charged for original articles or review articles related to cases.
Discounts and Concessions:
We do not generally offer full APC waivers. However, the following discounts are available:
25% discount – for students and trainees
35% discount – for authors from developing countries (as per World Bank classification)
50% discount – for charity organizations or authors facing genuine financial constraints
